After contributing

This guide helps you stay organized after you contribute and reduces support time if anything goes wrong.

1) Verify your transaction​

  • Save your transaction hash.
  • Confirm the status on a block explorer.

2) Track your allocation and vesting​

  • Record the pool link and any allocation details shown on the pool page.
  • Note important dates (TGE, cliff, vesting cycles) if provided.

3) Monitor Secure Lock proof​

  • Bookmark relevant lock pages (token lock / liquidity lock).
  • Re-check the lock schedule if the project posts updates.

4) Follow official updates​

  • Use the official X and Telegram channels linked by the project.
  • Avoid relying on screenshots; ask for on-chain links.

5) Watch the Leaderboard (optional)​

The leaderboard can help you track momentum, but it should not replace on-chain verification.

Support​

When contacting support, include:

  • Your wallet address
  • Pool link
  • Transaction hash
  • A short timeline of what you did and what you expected to see
