Getting started checklist

Use this checklist as a shared source of truth for teams joining CheesePad for the first time.

1. Prepare your wallet​

  • Install a wallet supported by Reown (for example: Binance Wallet, MetaMask, OKX Wallet, Rabby, etc.).
  • Switch to the same chain you will deploy on (BSC for now).
  • Keep a small balance for gas and dry runs.

2. Align on messaging​

  • Draft the hero copy: badge text, headline, supporting sentence, and CTA label.
  • Gather brand assets (logo, mouse inspired illustration, teaser video).
  • Define the 4 headline metrics (Projects, Fund raised, Participants, TVL) even if they start at zero.

3. Collect compliance materials​

  • Entity information, team KYC, smart contract audits.
  • Tokenomics spreadsheet including allocation, vesting, and lock settings.
  • Support handles for Telegram and X so contributors know where to ask questions.

4. Create your Launchpad​

Before you publish, make sure your team understands the current service fees (see Service fees) so budgets and expectations are aligned.

  1. Connect the owner wallet.
  2. Fill out the project card and tokenomics sections.
  3. Upload media and confirm CTA labels (Launch, Browse all projects, etc.).
  4. Review the preview link internally, then publish when ready.

5. Plan your Secure Lock​

  • Decide what portion of liquidity or allocations you will lock.
  • Prepare a short explanation for the confirmation modal (plain English wins).
  • Schedule the transaction so it goes live at least 30 minutes before the pool.

6. Ready your community​

  • Publish teaser posts on X and Telegram referencing the exact CTA text from the site.
  • Invite moderators to monitor the leaderboard once live.
  • Save the FAQ answers (see Frequently asked questions) so support can respond quickly.

Completing these steps keeps every new project aligned with CheesePad tone, visuals, and expectations.
